Art courses

For over 20 years, I have been teaching and demonstrating art techniques, inspiring creativity, and helping students unlock their potential. Many of my students have gone on to pursue successful careers in artistic fields such as art, design, architecture, illustration, and animation. Others have gained self-confidence and learned to express themselves positively through art.

My art courses are tailored to suit diverse needs and audiences, including:

  • Companies: Creative workshops and team-building events.
  • Cultural Centers: Engaging community-based art programs.
  •  Integration Events: Fostering collaboration and creativity.
  • Children and Youth: Introducing young minds to the joys of artistic expression.
  • Adults and Women: Encouraging personal growth and self-expression through art.
  • Professionals and Beginners: Courses for all skill levels, from foundational techniques to advanced mastery.

In addition to group sessions, I also offer individual mentoring for a personalized and focused learning experience. Whether you’re looking to explore art for the first time or refine your skills, my courses provide a welcoming environment to grow and thrive.

For children

For family

The parent-child bond is more than daily routines – it’s about shared experiences, fun activities, and exploring creativity together. Deepen this connection by painting each one their own artwork. Let make your child advice as your guide because every child is a natural artist. In a warm, creative space, you will create not only art but memories and a lasting bond.

Join us once a month to paint side-by-side, each creating your own artwork on canvas or board. Together, you’ll share laughter, inspiration, and a deeper bond through the joy of art.

“Aga Jaworska’s positive energy, combined with her therapeutic and artistic experience, helps many people discover a new passion. She can convince to spent 10–15 minutes drawing every day can reduce stress. While the effect varies from person to person, even a brief moment of focused creativity can calm the mind and improve mood.” Mona Rena, Icano Company

Spending more time – 30 to 60 minutes – allows individuals to enter a state of “flow,” similar to meditation, which further lowers cortisol levels (the stress hormone). Most importantly, drawing should bring joy rather than feel like another chore. Her events promote self-therapy as part of everyday life.

My presentations feature simple yet engaging exercises that can be easily incorporated into daily routines. They utilize art therapy techniques to help prevent depression and burnout.
